NEW STYLE PPSMB WITH TECHNOPRENEURSHIP SPIRIT

Thursday (22/08), the Department of Student Resources and Development (SRD) of the Office Administration Education Student Association (HIMA PADP) 2019 held an Introduction to the Study Program for New Students (PPSMB) under the auspices of the Faculty of Economics as the organizer of the Introduction to Campub Life for New Students (PKKMB) FE UNY 2019. PPSMB Office Administration Education Study Program was held in Room 210 of LPMPP UNY. This PPSMB activity was attended by 70 New Students of Office Administration Education 2019.

The 2019 Office Administration Education Study Program PPSMB is a series of events aimed at all 2019 Office Administration Education New Students to get to know more about majors and study programs. In addition to introducing the Office Administration Education Study Program, PPSMB is also a way for new students to get to know HIMA PADP as a forum for students to organize.

New students participated in all activities with great enthusiasm. Starting from the opening by the MC, namely Nurani Diah Munajah and Nathaniela Oci P, followed by remarks delivered by Duwi Putri Sari as Chair of the 2019 PPSMB Committee followed by Drs. Joko Kumoro, M.Si. as the Head of Office Administration Education Department. After the remarks, a workshop was held to get to know more about the lecturers who are in charge of Office Administration Education.

Furthermore, new students receive material and share their entrepreneurial experiences from PT. Eduraya Teknologi Nusantara, Fajar Aji Prasetyo (Economics Education student). The event continued with the second material presented by Mr. Arwan Nur Ramadhan, S.Pd. M.Pd. as a lecturer in Office Administration Education. On this occasion, it was presented how students become students with the spirit of technopreneurship that are creative, innovative, critical, and communicative.

The new style of implementing PPSMB no longer shows the image that new students are "OSPEK" by seniors. The era has changed, now how students can collaborate with each other to improve expertise competencies according to fields, how students can contribute to community development. (Kurniasari, Arwan)
