Yogyakarta, (23/5)– The 2021 Mobile Legends Brave Championship has been held by BUNTALA Event Organizer in collaboration with a mobile legend community in Yogyakarta on Saturday to Sunday, 22 to 23 May 2021 through the Google Meeting platform, Zoom Meetings, and through Youtube live streaming media. This event is the first event organized by BUNTALA EO with members consisting of 6 (six) students of the 2019 FE UNY Office Administration Education Study Program as the fulfillment of the Event Management course task led by Ms. Rr. Chusnu Syarifa Diah Kusuma, S.A.B., M.Sc. This year's Mobile Legends Brave Championship tournament took the theme "Play with Your Team work and Beat Your Enemies".

The idea of ​​organizing the 2021 Mobile Legends Brave Championship tournament is based on the fact that Mobile Legends is an online game type MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) which is very popular in Indonesia and internationally, and is in great demand by several groups, such as teenagers to adults. Seeing this attraction, the organizers (BUNTALA EO members) saw this as one of the great opportunities to gather talented Mobile Legends E-Sport players to compete in the international arena. The Brave Championship event itself was attended by 23 participating teams, from 8 (eight) provinces in Indonesia, namely DI Yogyakarta, DKI Jakarta, East Java, West Java, Central Java, South Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, and Central Sulawesi.

The implementation of the Mobile Legends Brave Championship 2021 which is for 2 (two) days. The first day (Saturday, May 22, 2021), an opening session was held through a Google Meeting hosted by Dwi Astuti as the Master of Ceremony attended by all tournament participants, and continued with the preliminary round up to the semifinal round with 6 (six) referees and operators . The second day (Sunday, May 23, 2021), holding the final round with 2 (two) casters and 2 (two) referees and operators, which was shown live via Youtube, followed by an announcement of winners and closing sessions via Zoom Meeting which was attended by Mr. Sutirman S.Pd., M.Pd. as Deputy Dean 3 of FE UNY, Ms. Chusnu Syarifa Diah Kusuma, S.A.B., M.Sc. as a lecturer in Event Management courses, Mr./Mrs. Lecturers and staff of PADP FE UNY, participants of the Mobile Legends Brave Championship tournament, and students from the 2019 PADP FE UNY study program.

In the Mobile Legends Brave Championship 2021 tournament this time the first place was won by the Ordinary Clay Team (Yogyakarta), the second place was won by the Ordinary Drop Out Team (Yogyakarta), and the third place was won by the SK Esp Team (Bekasi). The prize pool in this tournament is Rp. 2,000,000, with details of the first winner getting a reward of Rp. 850,000, the second place being Rp. 700,000, and the third place being Rp. 450,000, and each receiving an E-Certificate.

By holding this event, it is hoped that it will provide an opportunity for E-Sport Mobile Legends players in Indonesia to be able to hone their skills and be able to compete in E-Sport matches in the international arena.
