The 2018 Office Administration D3 students who are members of the "Kawula Muda" event organizer held a podcast competition event and podcast talk seminar with the theme "Be The Creative and Inspiring Millennials on Quarantine Day" on the Zoom network, last Sunday (22/11). This Podcast Creative Competition aims to accommodate millennials to develop skills in the podcast field and provide content that has a positive vibe during a pandemic to stay productive. The Podcast Creative Contest has 2 series of podcast creative competitions and ends with a podcast talk seminar. This activity is the output of the Event Organizer course under the guidance of the lecturer Chusnu Syarifa Diah Kusuma, M.Sc.

The podcast talk seminar was opened by Evia Nidya Alrezi as the chairman of the Youth Youth Event Organizer committee and was attended by 58 participants from college students, students, and the public. The podcast talk seminar featured a spotify podcaster named Nadhifa Alyya Tsana (Rintik Sedu). Tsana is a Spotify and Instagram podcaster and owns the novels Geez and Ann. There are 2 judges for the 2020 Podcast Creative Competition, Andhika Haryo Putro and Gadis Ayu Puspitasari. Andhika Haryo Putro is a podcaster and announcer on Swaragama FM, Voice Over talent on Indo Voice Over, and podcast collaboration with Wall of Fade Jogjakarta. Girls Ayu Puspitasari is an editor and radio broadcaster at Mentari FM, experienced at Rasika FM, as well as formal and informal MC. The 2020 Podcast Creative Competition was attended by 58 registrants and 49 uploaders. Participants come from various groups such as students, students, and professionals. Starting from UNY, UGM, UNS, UI, ITB, Riau University, SMA N 1 Munkid, SMA Al-Izzah Borading School, Rostov State Unversity, Vocational School IPB, Halu Oleo University, Patra Darma High School, Jember University, Undip, housewife ladder, and Instagram Podcaster. The podcast content created by the participants is very inspiring, the podcast design is attractive with a good point of view. Of the 59 registrants, only 4 individuals won. 1st place was won by Dani Ajima Putra from UNY with the title "Mental Health & Philosophy, 2nd place was won by Nurhadi Ahmad Djuang University of North Sumatra with the title "Inspirational Youth", 3rd place was won by Kevin Anthony Prasetya from Patra Darma High School with the title "PinPodcast" and the Favorite Champion was won by Edita Natalia Nirmala Sari from UNY with the title "Strong Physical Healthy Brain". The Podcast Talk Seminar is a closing event for the event organizer course, as well as an award ceremony for the winners of the 2020 national podcast creative competition. This event is held on the Zoom application from 08.00 to 10.30 WIB. This event is the closing of the event organizer after 1 event from 10 event organizer groups of 2018 UNY Office Administration D3 and filled by the top podcaster on chart 1 on spotify Asia by Nadhifa Alyya Tsana (Rintik Sedu).
