OFFICE SIMULATION LABORATORY FLEET ADDED SOFTWARE

The Office Simulation Laboratory of the Office Administration Education Study Program has a new "fleet" to support the learning process. The laboratory with an area of ​​approximately 162 m2 has 4 mini offices and 1 meeting room equipped with a Cisco SX 20 teleconference tool that is ready to support online learning. Now (13/08) a new fleet has been added, 15 units of All In One PC with 8th generation Core i7 specifications (8700T), 8 GB RAM, Radeon 530, 24 inch touchscreen display ready to support the office simulation learning process with a modern office approach & virtual office and ready to follow the development of office technology in the 21st century era. The PC has been installed with the original Microsoft Office 2019 and Kaspersky Antivirus. Not only that, there are 2 Epson L565 printers with a print speed of 33 papers per minute (ppm), capable of printing using wired and wireless networks (wifi). The printer can also be connected to a fax machine, so that the process of sending documents via fax can be in color with better paper quality. In addition, students can print documents remotely without the need for a printer cable. Resource sharing becomes easier, more effective, and efficient. Before the equipment arrived, the Laboratory also received new equipment, namely the Image Runner 2535W copier. This device supports printing documents with a wired network. With these devices, students are expected to be able to adapt to today's modern office conditions. All of the new equipment is an aid from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB). In the future, graduates of the Office Administration Education Study Program will be ready to adapt to various developments in communication and information technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.
