Two months after the rector's circular on Work From Home (WFH) was circulated, today (16/5), the Faculty of Economics held an online gathering and recitation for lecturers and staff. This activity was held at 16.00 WIB, starting with a presence on Google Meet. While waiting for the opening, there was an entertainment program featuring young men and women and lecturers at the Faculty of Economics.

Not wanting to be left behind, the Department of Administrative Education also contributed two stunning performances. Rr Chusnu Syarifa Kusuma, M.Sc. performed a poetry reading entitled 'Repentance Servant' with full appreciation. This long-haired lecturer looks different in a yellow mukena, very different from his everyday appearance. The poem, which contains the cry of a servant in the midst of this pandemic, is displayed for 4.18 minutes, containing a request for forgiveness for the selfishness and arrogance of human behavior which may be the cause of the long spread of covid-19 on earth.

Besides Bu Chusnu, Sabda Hesa ​​Pramana (I MTQ Champion in Islamic Speech at the Imogiri District level in 2020), the son of Mrs. Isti Kistiananingsih, S.Pd., PLP Department of Administrative Education also enlivened the opening ceremony by giving a spiritual shower containing an invitation to imitate morals Prophet Muhammad SAW. This 7-minute 14-second appeal was delivered with enthusiasm so that the listeners could become individuals with kharimah character.

After this stunning entertainment program, the event opened with the recitation of the holy Quran by Muhammad Fadhil Aziz, the son of Dr. Sutirman, M.Pd (lecturer of P.PADP Department). Then, it was followed by an activity report by the Chair of the Committee as well as the Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni FE UNY, Mr. Dr. Sutirman, M.Pd. and remarks from the Dean of FE UNY, Mr. Dr. Siswanto, M.Pd. After the speech, the main event, namely the delivery of a lecture with the theme, "Strengthening Brotherhood in the Middle of the Plague" was delivered directly through Google Meet by Ustad Wuntat Wawan Sembada, S.Ag.
